Fast forward 12 years to 2021 and Florida Window and Door is the 23rd largest remodeling and home improvement company in the nation (with over $100 million in annual revenue).

By developing talent internally, and focusing on technology and efficiency, Berman has his sights set on growing the footprint of the company beyond the state of Florida in the near future.

Since acquiring the St. Louis affiliate of Renewal by Andersen in 2013, Birner has grown the replacement window business from seven employees to more than 150 and from $7 million to $32 million in annual sales.

The St. Louis affiliate is among the highest-ranked businesses in a nationwide network of more than 100 for customer satisfaction. It won the top corporate honor, the Green Diamond Award, five years in a row.

Closs

In 2004, Closs launched NewBath which later became MaxHome® and has the reputation as one the top remodeling companies in the south. In 2019 he launched Love your Bath in Florida. Together the companies employ over 225 people.

Closs feels strongly that companies should focus on their employees. The mission statement of MaxHome® is “Everybody Happy”. With this focus, it has won workplace awards year after year.

Under his leadership the sales, marketing and installation teams he managed have created enough appointments and sold enough business to install several billion dollars’ worth of window, siding, cabinet refacing, and bath additions.

Musch

Musch has spent the last 25 years developing and refining CRM systems for contractors in the industry. Before that, he spent 15 years gaining experience in a family-owned remodeling company in Central Wisconsin.

Currently, Musch is the director of Business Development for MarketSharp, improveit 360 and RoofSnap. His efforts have led to the development and utilization of computerized marketing solutions to over 4000 of the industry’s most successful home companies.
