The BILCO Company said it hired RISE Architectural Sales, LLC, as its representative for selling commercial building construction products in upstate New York.
RISE, which is based in East Amherst, N.Y., is a professional sales organization focused on providing top-tier architectural products to commercial contractors in upstate New York.
RISE also works closely with the architectural community, providing AIA CEU presentations and design assistance.
BILCO is the manufacturer of specialty access products, including roof hatches, automatic smoke vents, floor access doors and access safety products.
RISE was founded in 1986 by Rick Rollison.
His son, Jeremy Rollison, joined the business in 2013 as the company became one of the best-known architectural product representative agencies in upstate New York.
Angela Perrine joined RISE in 2019 as the principal owner after Rick’s retirement.
She runs daily operations, managing relationships with its large base of roofing contractors while also working on high-volume sales accounts.
Jeremy Rollison focuses on architectural promotion and products marketed toward general contractors, glazing contractors and building owners.
“We have been trying to feature BILCO products for a while because it is a legacy line and they manufacture great products,’’ Jeremy Rollison said. “We let them know we were interested and we were excited when we got the phone call that we would be joining them.”
“We do a lot of work with roofing contractors and we have a lot of good relationships across the board,’’ Perrine added. “We’re looking forward to providing technical assistance to our clients and leveraging that relationship to build up the business for BILCO.”
RISE joins BILCO’s group of independent representatives to provide building materials while also delivering first-class customer service, superior product knowledge and customized solutions for challenging projects.
BILCO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AmesburyTruth, which is a division of Tyman PLC. The company has served the building industry since 1926 and has been a pioneer in the development of specialty access products for commercial and residential construction.
