Bonita Springs, Fla.-based Kelly Roofing joined the Roofing Alliance at the Governor level.

Kelly Roofing (Bonita Springs, Fla.) joined The Roofing Alliance at the Governor level.

Since 1972, Kelly Roofing has focused on helping more than 50,000 roof owners save money and live worry-free lives.

The Roofing Alliance was established within the National Roofing Foundation in 1996 to create an endowment fund to serve as a resource for the roofing industry and its customers.

Since its inception, Roofing Alliance members have committed more than $13.3 million to fund research, educational and technical projects such as educational partnerships with some of the country’s top construction management schools to expose college students to roofing as a career choice; sponsorship of a national construction management student design competition; a national survey of roofing workers; and helping to develop NRCA ProCertification, a nationally recognized worker training program that will include 30 training disciplines and a series of certifications participants can earn to develop a career path.

The Roofing Alliance also supports philanthropic outreach, including its partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities to maintain the roofs of the 165 standalone Ronald McDonald Houses in the U.S.

To make the Roofing Alliance work, member participation is vital, and the Roofing Alliance offers different levels of membership to encourage firms of all sizes to join and have a voice in determining the roofing industry’s future.
